My obsession with VF HIIT boot camp snuck up on me since I’m usually an alternative/individual sports person. I dabbled a bit to hang out with my best friend who’s been going there since 2017. I was blown away because I was so sore after just one class, and she was going 6 times a week. Those OG VF vets are a dedicated family, and the camaraderie is contagious. And they were so helpful when my gym terminology game was so weak that I barely knew what a “plank” was.
The classes are 45 minutes of bumping music and challenging exercises. The talented trainers lead these fast-paced, creative workout plans while still giving one-on-one help with technique, adding/removing weight, etc.
Special shout-out to Bryan. He is tough as nails and won’t let you slack off or cheat yourself, but he’s also super charismatic and hilarious. And you know class is about to start when the music turns up and his adorable dog Bubba runs back to the office – I call it the DJ booth.
