I am originally from Sacramento, California and I have been an athlete and competitor for as long as I can remember. As a former volleyball, soccer and basketball player, there's nothing I love more than being a part of a team and playing a sport I love.
Our specialty is getting you into a fitness routine that not only works for your body, but also your hectic schedule.

OUR FITNESS TRAINERS
Originally from New York, I was a track and field athlete through middle and high school. I graduated college with a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology. After getting married in 2008, my husband and I moved out to San Diego on a whim and have been here ever since.
I began my fitness and athletic career early in life as a wrestler and football player, which always kept me in decent shape. I went on to play collegiate rugby for the University of Rhode Island while learning more about fitness and nutrition.

If you are looking for a fun workout, with loud/energetic music, and fun trainers then you have found the right place. The workouts are challenging, fun and always changing. The trainers are tough, fun and very motivating.

Versatile Fitness is the best combination of weights, cardio, HIIT, and above all, fun.
