I am originally from Sacramento, California and I have been an athlete and competitor for as long as I can remember. As a former volleyball, soccer and basketball player, there’s nothing I love more than being a part of a team and playing a sport I love. I moved to Southern California after high school and attended Concordia University in Irvine. At the age of 21, I had my daughter, Nevaeh, so school took a back seat for a while. In 2012, I finally graduated from Concordia with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. Afterwards, I decided to continue my education in the field of social work, because I always knew helping people was my passion. I graduated from USC in 2014 with a Masters Degree in Social Work and currently work for Sharp Healthcare as a Patient Advocate.
I first stepped foot in Versatile Fitness in September of 2016. I was 20+ pounds overweight, timid, and was severely lacking in confidence. I can say without a doubt that Vfit has transformed me, both physically and even more importantly – mentally. That’s when it hit me and I knew I wanted to be a part of that, too. I wanted to become a trainer to help others’ believe in themselves and their capabilities, feel confident, reach their goals, and make them feel welcome and part of the Vfit community. I’ve always loved helping people, but having the opportunity to do so at this level and especially at Vfit has been such a blessing. I’m looking forward to providing awesome workouts for all the Vfit members!
