I began my fitness and athletic career early in life as a wrestler and football player, which always kept me in decent shape. I went on to play collegiate rugby for the University of Rhode Island while learning more about fitness and nutrition.
My journey in the fitness industry began 10 years ago after becoming a certified trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine, and nutritionist with the National Academy of Sports Nutrition.
I was born here in San Diego but moved around a lot during my fathers US Naval career. I'm a former Marine, love music, and staying active with sports, fitness and outdoor related activities.
I am originally from Sacramento, California and I have been an athlete and competitor for as long as I can remember. As a former volleyball, soccer and basketball player, there's nothing I love more than being a part of a team and playing a sport I love.
I was born and raised in San Diego and grew up competitive swimming and surfing with friends and family. I love being able to train people in a group setting and am motivated by all the beasts that come here everyday to sweat it out.
I began my fitness journey early on as a multi sport athlete, and began lifting weights as soon as competitive sports came to an end. Later, I became certified as a personal trainer through NCSF. I personally train clients as well as lead Bootcamp classes.
I've been a multisport athlete my entire life. I attended college on a football scholarship and upon graduation began playing rugby. Dynamic workouts and explosive movements have been the norm since my youth.
