We understand that things pop up last minute and no-shows or late cancellations can happen despite one’s best intentions. Please familiarize yourself with our UPDATED attendance policies.

FOR CLIENTS USING CLASS PACKS:

•         There will be no refunds for any no-shows
•         There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours prior to class.

FOR CLIENTS ON A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP:

•         A $10.00 fee will be charged to your account for any no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours prior to class.
•         Most of our classes are at or close to capacity. Please be early/on time for class. If you are not present at the start of the class your spot may be given to a wait-listed member.
